Today, the class continued working on their final projects. They were to use the programs that they learned during the workshop to design their own models. Some people were using Sketchup and making models of houses and other structures. Some were using Inkscape and Gimp to draw designs and models of shoes and layouts.
Many of the projects that the students were making were very creative. They were coming up with their own designs and models with what they learned during the past week. Some of the class was making a model of a neighborhood with Sketchup. Their buildings and roads looked very realistic and detailed. The kids were entertaining and were full of knowledge seeking character. I think that the kids enjoyed this workshop and learned a lot.
