Today we began the process of making wax beams. It was relatively fun. I wish we had more freetime on the computers though.

today's class was fun I liked making the model beams on the compiter and with the wax

This was my favorite class so far. I liked the applet in which we tried to get the least tension and compression, and I loved building the beams.

Today was so much fun. We finished going over compression and tension then we designed beams we were going to make out of wax. After we finished designing on the computer we copied the design on a graph. Then we put wood sticks in the mold. We went to see in the other building how the wax was heated. Then they poured the wax into the the molds. It was really cool. I had a lot of fun!

Today was fun making the Cross Beams. I liked working with the play doug. I mostly enjoyed everything about today.

Today we made beams out of playdough,sticks,and wax. I didn't like the smell of the play dough. I like playing with the dough.
