Modeling Your World 1999

The final day of Modeling Your World 1999 consisted of several models created using STELLA on computers. The students modeled population changes in the wild based on predator-prey relations, called the lynx model. Later the students used STELLA once again to make another model this time of population change in the human race where there are no predators, but factors could be added in such as natural disasters. In each of the models the students got used to using STELLA enough that they were able to add their own factors and test their models.

As is accustomed at Shodor, the students all received their certificate of completion and a SUCCEED 1999 T-shirt.
