Candid Student Reports

The following (emails) were written by members of the Saturday Explorations Club during the first session of the program. Some elements may have been removed for various reasons, but the text that remains is in the student's own words.

Today we lerned about how mircroscopes
and camera's work. I learned that in order
to have a picture taken you have to have the
following three things:

1. get a light sourse
2. form a clear image with the lens
3. measure the distance from the image to the lens.

We also learned that it depends on how the curvature
of the magnifying glass. The more curvature the
stronger the magnifying glass will be.
