Candid Student Reports


The following reports were written by members of Environmental Science during the second day of the program. Some elements may have been removed/edited for various reasons, but the text that remains is in the student's own words.


Andrew

Today we learned a lot about the bad effects of global warming. It taight me a lot about how the world will become if we dont start conserving energy soon. It was a very interesting day.

today we didn't do much but lok and talk about models.


Robert

Today was a little boring because we weren't involved alot andtheir was today much talking. I think we should be involved more and have more hands on activity.

Today we learned about differnt things the co2 prblem. We also leaned about this new model they have out now about the co2 prblem. It shows you differnt things about the air pouloution and stuff .


Carlos

Tody we leared how much galllons our parents cars use in a year. We did several calculations, some of which were confusing but were explained very well.


William

today had a lot of valuable lessons, but i think more could have been done to make it more interesting. also, i think kent was a little irritable, so that made it a little less enjoyable, but all in all i think that even though it wasn't as interesting as i would have liked it was a good and important lesson.

today we learned about global warming. If over a period of time we let to much carbon dixode ruin the o-zone layer we could be looking at a 10 to 15 increase of tempture.
