Application

Astronomical coordinates are typically used to map out the position of objects in the night sky. Astronomical coordinates do not give any indication of distance, and that must be determined by other means. For nearby objects, the most commonly used method of determining distance is astronomical parallax.

Algorithm

The calculator computes values based on input given by the user.

Architecture

The calculator is programmed using JavaScript.
