SUCCEED Calendar 2007-2008Please note: We do not have residential facilities. Students must have a place to stay in the Triangle area of North Carolina. SUCCEED workshops are held in the training facility at the Foundation offices. We are located at 300 West Morgan Street, Suite 1150, in downtown Durham. Directions are available from our maps page. A $25 non-refundable deposit (per workshop) will be due two weeks from receipt of the application. There is also a one-time only, $25 non-refundable registration fee. If you register for multiple workshops, you only need to pay the registration fee once.
In addition to your online application, we need to have additional records for each student.

Spring 2008 Schedule
* It is the policy of The Shodor Education Foundation that no otherwise qualified student should be discouraged from participation due to financial circumstances. Full and Partial financial assistance is available for all programs. View daily logs and student projects from our Completed SUCCEED Workshops or Descriptions of our other workshops. Apprenticeship Opportunities AvailableStudents in grades 9 - 11 who are interested in science, technology, engineering and math are eligible to apply. Individuals who are accepted into the program enter a two-year learning experience, gaining a variety of essential skills for a technology-intensive career path. Classes will begin Saturday, October 20, 2007. There are no fees or other costs to participate, and stipends will be awarded as levels of achievement within the program are completed. Also, successful participants may apply for paid internship positions at Shodor. Parents of students who are interested in the program are invited to attend an information session on either Monday, September 17th or Tuesday, September 18th, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at The Shodor Center for Computational Science Education, located in the Durham Centre building, 300 West Morgan Street, Suite 1150.
