B. Project Description B4. Project Organization This section details the project plan for the Shodor Computational Science Institute. We begin with a description of the three workshops to be offered, and then introduce our project partners, the staff, and the management plan. We then present certain details of the SCSI design, including recruitment of participating schools and faculty, pre-institute training, follow-up and support during the academic year, and dissemination and development of institute materials and results. Finally, we identify the facilities available for the project.
