Theory - Radial Solution of Hydrogen Model

Application

This model solves for the radial solution to Schrodinger's equation applied to the Hydrogen atom.

Algorithm

The Runge Kutta 4 integration method was used, integrating from far from the atom to avoid numerical instabilities that occur when integrating from the inside out.

Architecture

The solution was solved in Stella, and converted to a Java Applet using Stella2Java.
