What did you learn today or this week that you're most excited about?
I learned about a way to fix the textedit issue still looking for a way to fix preview.

Checked toner levels on printer in intern lab after everyone printed timesheets to see if it need to be changed since it was getting low I printed a test page it looked fine so might as well let it run a bit more before changing.

Helped Will print to the mailroom printer he was having issues printing on the Macbook Pro on the front desk.

What major tasks did you accomplish/complete this week?
Checked the Freeze servers status I had to change my known_hosts key in /home/mikev/.ssh/. Cleaned out webmaster queue of spam. Continued updating the Macbooks and iMacs.
