What did you learn today or this week that you're most excited about?

Read some more on C wrote a program using break to stop a loop.

What did you do that you are most proud of?

Did a net install of CentOS 5 on jabbertest. I setup the network config for jabbertest on Xen so it could get grab the packages.

What have you heard about that you are hoping to learn more of?

Tyler send me a interesting read on DRBD want to learn some more. One of the iMacs had a rainbow wheel while using sql and on firefox viewed the console for any infomation on it.

Who (among Shodor staff and your peers) helped you the most? How did they help you?

Tyler emailed me to warn me about the xen test servers freeze1 and freeze2 about how the partions where he made a mistake on the partsion size. So on Monday he will have to format and resize them. I backed up the configs via scp onto my desktop for later once they are reformated sent a email back to him telling him and thanks for the heads up.

Who did you help? How did you help them?

Rachel wanted me to help teach the workshop on Forensic Science with Terminal usage the class will be on 27th. I need to write a lesson plan for Jenny before the 13th. On Monday Eric had leave early I took over reception for him. Helped Maria with termenial she was trying to navagate though a file with a space I told her that she had to escape the space in otherwords tell the terminal to place a space. Helped Maria with testing of newdev.shodor.org/~msadosky/newdev/reflections. Matt asked a question on a script he had for two people that would download it from the server but he wanted those two people not to be able to download it. I told him the change the permissions on the file and dir.

What major tasks did you accomplish/complete this week?

Xen had a memory issue with domain0 edited config to fix the issue. Cleaned out Webmaster queue of spam. Took out the recycling and did reception.
