What did you learn today or this week that you're most excited about?

I learned about how to use getent to list files with users and groups and how each userid is unique. Learned more about the release of mac os 10.7 lion. I learned html codes.

What did you do that you are most proud of?

I fixed a g4 power adapter that had a connector that was bent. I bent it back into place and tested it on one of the g4 mac from the closet it displayed that it received power form the adapter. I helped move the tables and setup the equipment for the new apprentices. I burned Dr Panoffs along with Sam and Rob class session to dvd. Tested the new printers we received.

What have you heard about that you are hoping to learn more of?

Bash/shell, programming basic loops.

Who (among Shodor staff and your peers) helped you the most? How did they help you?

Elizabeth helped me with understanding awk when we were configuring the inventory pages. Innocent helped me with move the tables and the equipment for the new apprentices. Innocent helped me update the macs itunes, security, and neooffice. Elizabeth mentioned sending me some python references.
