What did you learn today or this week that you're most excited about?
I learned about how to fix a problem where the direct link is cut between the freezes when we were working on DRBD.

What did you do that you are most proud of?
I updated all the Macbooks with Mac OS update, updated Firefox to 4 and Opera to 11 and updated all the Windows and the remote machines. I added a ticket for the dead iMac to test. Worked on inventory list. Worked on the Mac image.

What have you heard about that you are hoping to learn more of?
I wanted to learn more about scripting.

Who (among Shodor staff and your peers) helped you the most? How did they help you?
Neil explained some of the commands I can use while we were working on DRBD. Trey showed me some of the information I needed to know for the imaging.
