I would make sure to keep encouraging my teammates to make sure that the work gets done. Hopefully, we could be more productive and focused so that work gets done faster. In addition, I would tell Bob the reason why work hasn't been getting done due to the outside issues. I would hope that Bob gets other people on the team to help with the project, possibly people from Patricia's group because they are ahead, if they have a similar skill set. I would tell Troy that he needs to focus on this job and increase his productivity. I would advise him to quit whatever job he has with the other small business because this is a really important project. I understand that Andy is also going through some personal issues with the divorce, but I think that at work he should really only be focused on the task that he is doing. I would just keep making sure that Shanetta is doing her share of the work. I would try to continue to help out where ever I can, especially with Troy and Andy. Hopefully, we would be able to finish and be able to submit on time.
