Are the parameters being read?
Are the images/other resources showing up?
Can you save the jar file to CD or memory stick and place it on another computer?
If it is an application that has save state implemented, can you read/write to disk?

Important Note:

I am not going to go through and put this link on all the index pages if the index pages never get past QA. The jar file to download and save on QA will be by convention at:

http://newdev.shodor.org/interactivate_totest/<directory name>/<directory name>.jar

For example, the URL to the executable jar file for old Data Flyer (which I'm using for an initial test) is at

http://newdev.shodor.org/interactivate_totest/bargraph/bargraph.jar

(which is where the Click here link above points to.)
