It is a plot showing the expected results when you put male and female cows together.
The turtles move in a random direction, and have a certain percent chance of producing offspring if they run into another turtle.
When you press setup, the model is setup according to the circumstances on the slider bars. The initial-population controls how many turtles there are at the start, the lifespan slider controls how long the turtles live, and the birthrate slider controls how fast/the chance that they reproduce.
Why not try changing the birthrate to 100. . .
'SPLOSION!
Try to see if you can make the male and female different shapes, and give them a percent chance of spreading disease when they reproduce.
