My Experiences and Future Goals
My experiences in Shodor have been wonderful, and exciting. Through this amazing program I have experienced many new things, and had the chance to learn things I never thought about before. This program has not only taught me computational skills, like modeling, web programming, java programming, system administration and programs like Vensim, Netlogo and Agent Sheets, but it has taught me life skills. Through my involvement with Shodor I have been able to learn valuable skills that will prepare me for the future. Shodor has improved my work ethic, presentation skills, teamwork and my overall professionalism. The staff at Shodor has greatly helped me with my journey in this program. They constantly help me with any problems I have and always offer a helping hand with I have any issues. My experiences at Shodor have led me to not only learn many new things, but also make many friends with fellow apprentices and staff members alike. In the recent future I would like to have an excellent 10th grade high school year and get all A’s like last year. In the not so recent future I would like to graduate high school at the top of my class. I would like to go to a top university like Duke, Princeton, Stanford, or Harvard. In the distant future I would like to pursue the career of Bio-Medical Engineering. I think that my experiences in Shodor will definitely help me reach all my goals and pursue excellence all throughout my life.
