I think that the correct solution to this issue is to have a big team
meeting and communicate to your fellow coworkers and friends. Explain to
everyone what the goal is and come up a plan to reach the goal and finish
the project together. I think that if everyone knows what the end result
is, that these workers will contribute more and have a more positive
attitude about the whole project.
