Hello my name is Adithi Rao. I am 16 years old and I love reading and playing tennis. I also love swimming (basically I like any sport other than football). My favorite series, for sure, is the Harry Potter series; I've read every book in it at least 10 times. My favorite food is cheese lasagna and my favorite color is blue. I'm also a vegetarian and I love animals, especially dogs. I go to Green Hope High School and I am currently a Sophmore. I'm in several clubs at school and I'm on the Green Hope Women's tennis team. Over the summer, I attended the Explorations in Engineering workshop and the Intro to iPhone Development workshop. I really enjoyed going to both of them and I learned a lot. As my career, I want to something science and/or engineering related. I really like working with computers and I also love learning about science related topics. As of now, I'm not 100% sure as to what I want to do as a career, but hopefully I can figure it out before I get into college. My family comprises of my mom, my dad, my brother and I. My brother's name is Anup, and he is a freshman at UNC Chapel Hill. He was also an apprentice at Shodor. Both of my parents are computer engineers.
