Jay's Webpage

I am an intern in YLFT. My name is Jay. I work at Shodor. I live in Durham, NC, but I am a UNC fan. I plan to go to NC State and get a masters in Math and possibly something like elctrical engineer or systems programer. I like Shodor. I also like Agilent, HP, and Sikorsky.

I like all game systems, XBOX, GameCube, and PS2. Please email me at key6731@mindspring.com for your opinion on which I should get. Please give a good argument on which I should purchase. I will try to post a poll on how many people suggest each system.

I like Shodor and YLFT a lot. If you can, please try to join one or both if possible. YLFT means "Youth Looking to the Future Today" and is only for rising 8th graders. Shodor is a computer company that designs educational software, teaches teachers how to teach using the software, and holds math workshops.

I go to Carrington Middle School and I am going into 8th grade. Carrington is the biggest middle school in North Carolina with over 1265 students. The principal is my father. His name is Jim Key. He is cool, even though he is nearly bald. Ha ha dad.:) His webpage is Jim Key's Webpage, but it is not very recent. is currently the principal at my school. Uggghhh.

I like the site Solaris 7 and it is cool. If you like robots, check it out. You should also check out Amazon.com for books and Apple.com for computers. Macs rule! If you want to check out colleges and occupations, look at cfnc.com.

My current team is the Astros, and I play for North Durham Junior/Senior League. We are the second place team out of four teams, the #1 Phillies, #2 Astros, #3 Marlins, and the #4 Yankees. The Phillies beat the Yankees 16 to 6 in the 6th inning by slaughter rule. My team beat the Marlins 5 to 4 in a full seven innings. We play the Phillies on Thuursday, June 27, 2002. My teams season record is 1 win against the Phillies, 2 loses against them, 2 wins against the Marlins, 1 lose, and 3 wins against the Yankees.
