On Thursday, the Graphics and Visualization class did a mix of many different topics and skills including logo editing and 3D modeling. Primarily, the class did a blender model where the kids utilized Blender, a programming software that is used to make a 3D model. The model itself was rather sophisticated and complex because of the artistic design, making it seem hard to make. From the facial features of the agents to the artistic visuals, the model was legitimately what a true model should be like in terms of visual and graphic design. Not only are the artistic features perceived to be impressive, but the program's various features proved to be meticulously designed as well. After the first half of the day, the class did more work on logo and website design. The logo designing seemed to impress and interest the class; the logos seemed very artsy and fantastic. The workshop members were extremely attentive and enthusiastic. They were working hard on their projects and designs and were really engaged in what they were doing. Whether the class was working on Blender or logo design, the class was well taught and the kids were attentive to learn and push forward the boundaries of their knowledge through the use of graphics and visualization.
