The following reports were written by members of Environmental Science during the fifth day of the program. Some elements may have been removed/edited for various reasons, but the text that remains is in the student's own words.

Today was the last day. We presented our projects and all of them were great. We worked very hard on them, ours had a few type-o-s, but other than that it was fine. I really enjoyed the workshop. Thanks Shodor Bye

Today was great; we got to present our findings with the rest of the group. It was still a lot of fun even though our project didn't turn out exactly like it was supposed to. We still had a lot to say about our methods even the numbers we got were absolutely ridiculous. It was good to see all of our work culminating into something we could share with the rest of the workshop.

Sigh! Today it was my last day in then environmental science course... In Italy I've never worked on computer models before. I enjoyed this program a lot. This afternoon we did our presentation, our presentation worked very well, thanks to Le'Roy and Mr Gotwals. I'm just waiting to start next week's program about scientific computing. I hope it will be as good as the environmental science's program. Ciao, Emanuele

Today was the last day of class and I really enjoyed this week. Our presentations went very well today, and I think that everyone enjoyed them. Hopefully I can come back next year.

Le'Roy

It was fun, today we got our presentation done.

So today we actually presented our project. I wish we had more time to work; if we had a few more days, I think we could really get some numbers correct and have some more to talk about. But as it was, we still had a pretty good amount of things to talk about For one thing, what went wrong. Second, what our results mean and how ridiculously off they are. But it was still a fun project and I learned a lot about smog and how computational methods can still make mistakes. And I got to review some of my atmospheric chemistry. So I'm glad I got the opportunity to actually do a project instead of just helping teach.
