Your data for the "mass" category should vary from the example given possible variations in the size of the graph paper used, density of the sand, and details of measurement. However, for the volume and surface areas should match.
Note the use of half-unit cuts - these are more challenging variations that can be used to add additional data points. Note that the Volume Applet does not do half increments, and the counting method for surface area will include half and quarter boxes.
