Application Procedure

  1. Please send a copy of your most recent official high school transcript; the transcript should include PSAT, SAT, or ACT test scores.

  2. Also, include a Teacher Evaluation Form from a science teacher familiar with your academic work.

  3. You may submit this form electronically or print it out and mail it to:

  4. It is your responsibility to make certain we receive all the necessary materials with your application on or before June 1, 2000. Your application will not be considered unless all materials are included with your application.
