A date has been set for the RAMP Family Math Celebration. Mark your calendar for Tuesday, April 19th from 4PM to 7PM. The celebration will be at the Hayti Heritage Center at 804 Old Fayetteville Street in Durham. Call 683-1709 for directions. There will be Games, Food, Door Prizes, Free Math Kits. Get your resource materials for math practice and test taking tips. Other Durham Public Schools resource materials will be available as well. All workshop participants will automatically be invited to a RAMP Celebration Event in Spring 2005. Sign up to host a workshop at your home, church or business by completing an online form or sending an email. You can call our Community Outreach Office at (919) 683-1709 ext. 30. You may also contact your school Parent Teacher Association (PTA) member and ask them to host a workshop for parents at your child's school. For more information and drawings for prizes, stop by the RAMP booth at CenterFest on Sept. 18th and 19th in downtown Durham. Get in on this fun filled opportunity of games, prizes, food, entertainment and more. Hope to see you there!
