|Position Title||HPC in Modeling Biological Networks|
|Summary||The intern, Whitney Sanders, will develop HPC programs and associate documentation, such as tutorials, to accompany computational science modules ("Markov Chains" and "Food Webs") involving modeling biological networks that are currently in development. In particular, he will develop MPI/C programs (and possibly GridMathematica or Parallel MATLAB programs) and documentation involving matrices to accompany modules that we are writing.|
