Purpose:The Mass and Weight calculator is designed to show what a scale holding a 50 kg mass would read in different locations in our solar system.

Restrictions on Use: None

General Information:

1. Press the "On Moon", "On Earth", and "On Jupiter" buttons to see what a scale holding a 50 kg mass would read on the surface of those objects. (Note, the Jupiter location is "sitting" at the top level of Jupiter's cloud layers. Never mind the marvel of engineering required to build on that particular piece of real estate.)
2. Press the "Orbiting Moon", "Orbiting Earth", and "Orbiting Jupiter" buttons to see what the same scale would read on a ship in orbit around each body.
3. The scale measures weight in pounds.
