Principles and Standards for School Mathematics

The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics Principles and Standards for School Mathematics document details six principles, five content standards and five process standards for prekindergarten through grade 12 school mathematics. This site outlines the five content standards for the 6 through 8 grade band, including links to Project Interactivate materials that could be used to implement the standards. The five process standards are not linked to the materials because these standards are integrated into all of Project Interactivate.
