College Algebra Related Pages: 624 "Probability of an Event" This applet simulates a race where the results are based on the roll of a die. You determine which car moves forward on a given roll as well as selecting the length of the race. Change the various parameters but play the game many times with the same set of parameters. In so doing you will gain an implicit understanding of concepts such as experimental probability, fair and unfair game, more and less likely. These concepts are all supplemental to the probability concepts presented in your text.
