This activity allows you to simulate pulling marbles from a bag in order to explore various probability concepts involving combinations, permutations, conditional probability, and theoretical and experimental probability. You can control how many and of which color the marbles are. You can also change whether the marbles are replaced after each draw and whether the order in which the marbles are drawn matters. A table shows a summary of the trials with both experimental and theoretical results.
